Like you, I wear multiple hats every day - worker, businessman, proud South Perth local, and most of all, devoted father and husband.

 

I was raised in country WA with the values of family, hard work, community, and service - values that guide me today.

 

I have a background in mechanical engineering and over 30 years of experience developing and growing businesses. These have included grain production, a tech company, and exporting machinery manufactured here in Perth. I am driven to apply practical solutions to the challenges facing our families, businesses, and economy.

 

My experience of representing Western Australia’s $10 billion grains industry during COVID only reinforced to me the importance of having real-world experience in government.

 

My professional, political, and life experiences across both urban and regional WA give me a unique, hands-on understanding of the industries that fuel our nation’s wealth, and the needs of the families and communities that underpin them.

 

Right now, it’s clear that things aren’t working. Families are struggling with rising costs, businesses are uncertain, housing is increasingly unaffordable, and too many are falling through the cracks.

 

As part of the Liberal team, I will stand up for our community in Canberra. I bring hands-on experience, a collaborative approach, and a readiness to tackle challenges head-on.

 

It's time for more action and less talk in Swan.
